is it good practice after deploying some solution onto ubuntu operating system to reboot system before starting to provide service with it to end users; like making from ubuntu dockerhost, like installing apache + php + postgesql and deploying php application into document root etc; and reasoini for reboot being for example the ubuntu library cache /etc/ld.so.cache being freshly in its entirety rebuilt, changes to users and groups being present, network settings getting all properly set up etc
