Ruby paigaldamine tavakasutaja osakond

Käesoleval juhul paigaldatakse Ruby lahendus tavakasutajana, alustatatakse süsteemi ettevalmistamisest

Otsustatakse hallata erinevaid ruby keskkondi rbenv lahenduse abil
